How do I place an order? 

Visit Sedanos.com to begin  
  1. Choose how you would like to receive your order: pickup or delivery location. 
    1. If pickup: Select a store where you would like to pickup your order 
    2. If delivery: enter address and continue shopping 
  2. Tap or click View all available items to choose your pickup or delivery window. 
  3. Add items to your cart. Your shopping cart will show you the estimated order total in your shopping cart. 
  4. When you’re ready to check out, tap or click Check out. 
  5. Add your payment method. 
  6. On the Review Your Order screen, you can update your location, phone number, and payment method. You can also manage your substitutions and add promo codes. When done, tap or click Place order. 
After you place your order, you can view it in your account. You can edit, cancel, or reschedule. 


How do I reorder my last purchase? 

  1. Visit sedanos.com and log into your account 
  2. Once logged in you will see a reorder option 
  3. Click on the icon to see your order history and reorder items as needed. 


How do I purchase alcohol? 

To order alcohol, add the item to your cart and complete the checkout. When you arrive at the store or when your delivery driver arrives, have your ID ready.
Alcohol is available for pickup and delivery in some locations.
Alcohol will be removed from your order or will not be delivered if:
  • You are under 21 years of age
  • It appears that you are buying alcohol for someone under 21 years of age
  • You don’t have a valid ID.


How can I edit my existing shipping address?

  1. Login to your account 
  2. Click on my address book 
  3. Within the existing address click on the down arrow and then click edit 
  4. Make the necessary changes and click submit 


How can I add a new shipping address?

  1. Login to your account 
  2. Click on my address book 
  3. Click “New Address” and complete form then click submit 


 How much does delivery cost?   

Same day Delivery and Curbside is free!
Subject to availability and restrictions at select stores.

How do I pick-up my curbside order? 

We’ll email you when your order is ready. Please wait until you receive your email before going to the store. 
  1. Once you get the email, you can head to your pickup location 
  2. Park in one of the designated pickup areas 
  3. Let us know you are here by calling the number in the email. We’ll bring your order out to you. Please have your ID or order confirmation number available 
I’m running late. How do I pick my order? Can I pick it up tomorrow?

Can I have someone else pick up my order? 

Yes. Contact customer care to add an alternate pickup person to your order. To do this, tap or click the Contact Us
The person who picks up your order must show their photo ID when they receive the order.


What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept:
Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express debit and credit cards


What is your cancelation policy? 

Orders can be canceled at any time prior to goods leaving the store. Once an order has been picked up it can not be canceled.  


How do obtain a refund or exchange on an item I purchased?

A Sedano’s receipt from store location indicating item purchased is necessary for any cash equivalent refund.
If no receipt is presented or a receipt from another Sedano’s location is presented, we may offer an exchange or store credit in a Sedano’s gift card towards the purchase of other items. We may also do a cash refund for $5.00 or less, unless these returned products qualify under the WIC program.
Purchase of small appliances: a Sedano’s original receipt is required within 30 days of purchase, with original packaging & parts.
Sample: pressure cookers, rice cookers, blenders, toasters, electric coffee makers, pig roasters, etc.
No receipt- no return
Purchases made with credit card, refund only to the original credit card on receipt.
Purchases made with debit card, checks or cash – cash refund only.
Purchases made with EBT (food stamps assistance program) – refund only to the EBT card on receipt.
Purchases made the e-WIC card – no refunds or exchanges, no exceptions.
We reserve the right to inspect and refuse refund/exchange of all items on a case by case basis. Under certain circumstances, some sales are final including hurricane supplies are non-refundable/non-exchangeable. For further details, please ask to see the store manager.
We reserve the right to refuse refund/exchange of those items that due to their inherent perishable nature require certain care by the consumer. Examples of those items include baby food & formula but are not limited to produce, dairy and frozen foods.


How do obtain a refund or exchange on an online purchase?

Please keep in mind that some products that leave our establishment and are later returned by a customer is considered unsellable due to product safety.
