Pineapple-Cucumber Agua Fresca
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups pineapple, pared, cored and chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh basil leaves chopped
- 6 large basil leaves, for garnish
- Serving Size: 6
- Cook time: 8 Minutes
- Puree the water, pineapple, cucumber and chopped basil in a blender.
- Pour into 6 glasses, garnish each with a basil leaf and serve immediately.
