Green Juice


  • 2 1/4 cups of orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 Nopal cactus paddle, chopped 
  • 1 large cucumber with the peel, cut into chunks
  • 1/4 cup of packed parsley


  • Serving Size: 5
  • Cook time: 10 Minutes
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender. 
  2. Add a pinch of salt, and puree until the mixture is smooth.
  3. Once the mixture is green and frothy, serve as-is. (you can also pour through a sieve to remove the pulp if you prefer)
