Dulce de leche stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dulce de leche

Super soft and chewy, Dulce de leche stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies!
- Mix the softened butter with both kinds of sugar and cream until fluffy (about 2-5 minutes)
- Mix in the egg and vanilla
- Combine flour, cornstarch, baking soda and salt in a large bowl
- Add the dry ingredients, one half at a time
- Add the chocolate chips
- Refrigerate dough for 1 hour
- Preheat the oven to 350 °F.
- Scoop 1 tablespoon of cookie dough and flatten. Add 1/2 teaspoon of dulce de leche to the center of the dough, and wrap the dough around dulce de leche (make sure to fully cover the dulce de leche)
- Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 10 minutes until the cookies are golden brown
- Allow the cookies to cool for 5 minutes
