Coconut Flan

Ingredients
- 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz can of evaporated milk
- 17 oz can of grated coconut in heavy syrup
- 5 large eggs
- 22 oz bottle of Caramel Syrup
- Vanilla Extract

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 ̊F
- Beat the eggs in a bowl
- Add the evaporated milk, the sweet condensed milk and coconut syrup to the bowl and mix until smooth
- Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to mixture and set aside
- Fully coat the mold with the coconut caramel syrup
- Pour in mixture into the mold
- Place in oven at 325o F for 90 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry
