Coconut Flan


  • 14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk 
  • 12 oz can of evaporated milk
  • 17 oz can of grated coconut in heavy syrup
  • 5 large eggs
  • 22 oz bottle of  Caramel Syrup
  • Vanilla Extract

  • Cook time: 90 minutes

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ̊F
  2. Beat the eggs in a bowl 
  3. Add the evaporated milk, the sweet condensed milk and coconut syrup to the bowl and mix until smooth
  4. Add 1 tsp of vanilla extract to mixture and set aside
  5. Fully coat the mold with the coconut caramel syrup 
  6. Pour in mixture into the mold
  7. Place in oven at 325o F for 90 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry
