Coconut Chocolate Mousse


  • 1 can of coconut milk
  • 2.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

  • Leave the coconut milk in the fridge overnight so it thickens (do not freeze to expedite process)
  • Scoop out the coconut cream into a bowl and leave the liquid at the bottom of the can aside
  • Use a stand or hand mixer to whip the cream until you get soft peaks 
  • Add the cocoa powder and sugar
  • Continue to whip until the mixture is combined (takes 3-4 minutes)
  • If the mixture is too stiff, add some of the liquid from the can to make it smoother
  • Refrigerate and enjoy!
